2001 gtx rfi fuel questions

Fuel pump runs for 1 sec when putting key on post. My 2001 Gtx di runs for 3 sec when putting key on post. Is this normal for the rfi?

I pulled Fuel pump assembly to change filters but only see one on the bottom. Do these not have two in the tank like the di? If so is the second inside the cylinder?

Also there is no fuel filter between tank and injectors, unlike the di.

FYI purchased ski that turns over but will not start. New battery, plugs, voltage regulator, no dice.

I wouldn't worry about one fuel pump running longer than to other especially on different model skis. I do have two RFIs at different phases of restoration. Did you check the fuel pressure? I made a gauge set up to test mine. As for the other filter, it is internal. You'll have to drill the rivets out of the bottom of the filter canister. Be Gentle and tap the bottom part off the canister/housing. I thought I had a couple more pictures I I find them I"ll post more. Dang. I put it all back together. Can the pump and filter be pulled out from the top? Haven’t checked pressure, just flowed into a Gatorade bottle and feel like, at least with the key, it doesn’t flow enough to build pressure. Maybe different when trying to start. Of note brown chunks came out in the Gatorade bottle.
 
This is the filter set up inside the canister. Up to you on pulling it again. How did the filter on the bottom look?

Is the ski getting fire? I have a video on a fuel pressure test but don't know how to post them. :) You need
to 60psi.
