2000 rx rpm max?

Ski seems to be lacking power just curious what kind of rpm I should be looking for max

Lots of dings on the prop and the wear ring looks shot

Agreed, prop looks dinged, and wear ring may not be as smooth as wanted...(1 mm wear limit).
