Your new Ring shud match the old one, for a while,forget the years, there are 2 self tapping screws on the bottom and top of the pump to prevent it from turning,. Often the screws go in too far, and bind on the prop, I prefer to put a thin layer of ultra black silicone, about 1inch from the front, that will prevent the ring from turning.
