Took it out on the water, and the 2nd time out we had 2 people on it. After about 30 minutes of riding, the acceleration stopped and the throttle had a higher pitched rev sound. Wouldn't move. Pulled it out assuming it was a wear ring or the drive shaft not spinning. Hooked a hose up at the house a few days later, started her up and checked in the pump and the wear ring looked in good shape, no noticeable space between the prop and the ring. I also noticed the prop was spinning(I was expecting it not to be). The driveshaft was also rotating, albeit had a bit of a shake to it, not sure if that's normal.
I also didn't hear the high pitched rev sound when giving it throttle like I did on the water. It seems as if the ski would go if I put it back in the water, however I'm sure whatever the issue is would return after some use again. Thoughts on what could have happened?
