2000 GTX engine carb adjustment issue?

have a 2000 GTX with a fresh engine and cleaned carbs. runs great except it either cuts off or hesitates when i i'm at a complete stop and nail it to full throttle.

I have the same model with the same exact problem right now. Mine runs fine for 15 minutes or so but then it starts to hesitate or bog every now and then when you go from a slow/stopped position to nailing the throttle. It will also occasionally stall, only when idling or going slow after about 10-15 minutes. It runs fine though when you stay on the throttle or are going faster.

Anybody know what could be causing this?
