1999 seadoo speedster SK wiring question

I have a 1999 seadoo speedster SK and there are two wires, a black and a green that are about 4 inches down going away from the MPEM on the large wire loom that comes from the MPEM. they just are spliced out of the loom and are about 2 feet long and have a closed loop on the end of each wire. they look to be ground wires but they were just dangling down between the drivers side air cleaner and the battery (disconnected). Does anybody have any idea where they are suppose to be connected. hope someone has one of these boats because the wiring diagram is real confusing. thanks
