1999 Seadoo GTX electrical

Started having issues a few weeks ago. Daughter was out riding and the seadoo was running well until it wasn't. It gave a beep and shut off. After a bit I was able to get it running again but as I accelerated it beeped and stopped again. Water is coming out the "pisser" showing it is cooling. I took out of the water and brought home. Installed a new rectifier and nothing. Installed a new battery and nothing. The machine doesn't make a sound when key is inserted. Not sure where to look or what to do

I was gonna post new battery. What model is the ski? RFI, Carb ? You might have a key issue or bad Dess Post.

It is feul injected model. I did instal a brand new battery and nothing. Not a beep when key is inserted.

Yes I saw that you installed a new battery.
Unplug the connector for the Mag and give it a quick inspection see if anything is burnt or dark on the connector. Plug it back in and insert the key. If that connector isn't plugged in our lose the ski will do nothing.

Check your fuses.

Download a wiring diagram and check the wires coming out of the steering column disconnect the plugs. You want to make sure the DESS POST is working. Good Luck with it !

I am not the best mechanic so what do you mean by disconnect wire for MAG? Is there a way to test the DESS post? I do appreciate the help
