Hi There,
I have just purchased a 1999 Sea doo Challenger 1800. I am not familiar with boating and am new to it. My problem is both engines fire up ok but when I trottle them they seem to choke up and splutter and miss, the right one will cut out,the red light on the dash switch starts to flash. I believe this is a low gas warning light, although the tank is 3/4 full. The owner told me the carbs were rebuilt and the boat was lake tested about a year ago but they have not used it since. so I guess the gas has been in there a year,is that bad? I will take it to the dealer and have it looked but would appreciate any information you might have .
Thank You
