When i first put it in the water she ran great. About a week later it started booging down on the top end. Thought it was bad gas in the bottom of the tank so i emptied the tank, cleaned it out, and filled it with super. Ran crumby for 30 mins, great for the next 30, and is back to crumby if not worse. Is this electrical? Hope its not the carb! Any suggestions?
