1996 GTX Flashing 12 Volt Low and Won't Turn Over

I have a 1996 GTX that has been running the whole summer up till last week. I was out with a friend and the ski randomly shut off and would not restart. It was trying to turn over but won't. It started flashing 12 volt low at the time. He towed me in and I took it home charged the battery and went for a second try. It said the same thing and so I went bought a new battery and well same thing. It just makes the sound like it should when trying to start but never turns the whole way over. Any ideas out there? Thanks.

Sorry to tell u but it sounds as if your engine has siezed up. would rip it out and take a look at bottom end. I had the same problem last month and it turned out to be main bearings. sorry

the 12 v low is normal on these skis when tring to start so i hear.
