Long story short, motor has been rebuilt, compression is great, coil, rectifier and stator have all been replaced due it it losing spark in the past. Everything came from OSD. Carbs have been rebuilt with a popoff of 42, It hops up on plane no issue it just will not rev over 5500 on the water unless you unload the pump for a brief moment. It will fall off peak rpm of ~6500 and back into the bog of 5500 if you turn really sharp. Out of the water it revs fine all the way to the rev limiter
