Been reading alot on here trying to learn about my new toy, when ive taken it to the lake one engine will run perfectly and the other one will for a few minutes and then it will not go over 3500rpm.. checked and cleaned carbs, took it back to lake the engine that wouldnt run, runs great, but now the other one is doing the same (not getting above 3500rpm) .. Fuel gauge and speedo dont work but both tacks do...no beeps at all, think buzzer might be bad.. As for the MPEM, seen lotsa post from seadoosnipe saying MPEM was not used until 1996 but my shop manual says it has a MPEM..so does that mean it has the DESS lanyard and could this be making one engine run bad? Cant get both engines to run good at the same time..and it goes from one side to the other.. really blowing my mind..this is the frist PWC ive owned, Got it cheap cause no one else could get it running..I at least got one engine to run..hahaha.. Thanks to all who post on this forum .. its been a lota help

Dont know if the wires will reach but you could try switching the harnesses around from each engine to the electrical box to see if it follows the engine or the board. The 95 doesnt have DESS that i am positive of.

Thanks Diesel, not sure how to do that, but i did check the gauge fuse and had no power there on either side of the fuse..But the tachs both work... thought they got their power from the same fuse??????? can i put power on the one side of the fuse holder or to the purple wire coming from the box to see if it powers up the fuel and speedo gauge??? could the magnets in the fuel sending unit be blocking flow somehow?>? seen where they come off sometimes... havent been able to try it this weekend yet but will post back as soon as I can....thanks again
