Ok I’m looking to know if the 1995 GTS has a bell on it for overheat or DESS key hookup alarms? I haven’t seen one on this machine and dang sure haven’t ever heard one go off on it since we have owned it. If it does, where is it located at? If not, how do you know of overheat or things that are wrong?

It does have an overheat alarm but the beepers typically go bad they are usually under the handlebar pad and you can still get them from Floyd Bell but they are $20 and $20 shipping.

If you ground the brown wire in the temp sensor on the head with it running the beeper should go off.

Yours doesn’t have DESS.
