I have a seadoo sp and it run great but when at full throttle it gets up to speed but bogs down and loses all speed and you can’t give it throttle or it dies

You’ve got a couple of threads going. Are these issues on the same ski? If so, give us a quick run down of everything that the ski is doing, as some of the issues are likely related... A WOT bog or surge like that is fuel related 99% of the time. If you pull the choke while it’s having the issue, does it pick back up? If so, you’re going lean and you need to stop riding the ski until you figure out the problem...

It is a different ski and I haven’t tried the choke thing

Gotcha. Just making sure we aren’t missing anything... You can try to choke it and see what it does. If it picks up, you’re lean. If it does when you choke it, you were rich... In the meantime, I would go through your fuel system looking for air leaks. The two most common places to get them are the fuel selector and the water separator, so I would run a line directly from the reserve nipple on the fuel tank to the carb inlet. If your problem goes away, you need to replace the o ring in the separator and install a new selector switch. If the problem doesn’t go away, you need to rebuild the carb with a GENUINE Mikuni carb kit and a new needle and seat.

I cleaned the fuel filter in the front of the ski gonna try and clean the filter in the carb see if that makes a difference
