1994 GTX Full Throttle Jerking

I have a 1994 GTX and have had more than I care to mention problems with this machine. After the last few summers in the shop with little ride time I still have some issues that do not seem to want to go away. Everything runs fairly well until I give it full throttle. At this point it jerks until I let go just a little, then everything is again fine.

Any ideas?

Is this a revving and jerking, or power loss and go?

I would explain it as a loss of power causing the jerking. Up to a certain point, everything is fine. Once I go to full throttle and hold it there, you can hear the engine rev, stop, rev, stop...if I ease off of the throttle just a tiny bit everything is fine.
