1994 GTS Diode????

Hey all I have a 94 GTS and against my warning my father in law jump started it with a booster and now it will blow the 5 amp fuse as soon as it is inserted. My MPEM is part no: 278000189. I think I was able to find the diode which was located directly next to the 5 amp fuse block, but the diode I found does not look like the ones I have seen others post. Has anyone replaced the diode on this particular unit? There does not seem to be any part number markings on it. Attached is the picture. Need help ASAP on this one. Thanks!

Did you ever find out a number for this diode .I am having the same problem my MPM # 278000071 I dug out my diode and it looks just like yours
