first off, i know nothing about these things. A buddy of mine received it from uncle, and then it just sat at my buddies house. He said he was tired of looking at it, so i told him i would take a look at it. Now, its the end of the summer, and it needs to be gone. The only thing missing (from my knowledge) is the seat. The guys uncle claims it ran just last year. I pulled the plugs and hooked up a fresh battery, and it did turned over and had spark. I could not get it started, but only messed with it until that point. After that, i said screw it!
