07 rxt 215 magneto?

So I bought this ski last year, first day out it overheated and broke down had to get towed in. Brought it back to the dealer they changed my coolant res cap, then this happened 2 more times brought it back same thing. Last year before putting it away it was the worst it ever was. Took it to the dealer last week, called me today saying my magneto housing cover(whatever that is) is rotted and pushing coolant through a bolt and quoted me 1126 for the thing and if any parts break while inside that it would be added on top. Can anyone point me in the right direction or send some advice this way. Thank you very much everyone and ride safe!

There is a PTO housing and a water pump housing that both have seals. The magneto is exposed when you remove the PTO housing but there is no actual magneto housing.
There is also a leak indicator hole down by the water pump housing that if it’s leaking coolant it indicates a defective rotary seal.
Might want to get a second opinion.
