03 seadoo xp di engine install ?

Ok guys I have some questions. Getting ready to put this engine in and need some help where some lines go.

I would suggest getting the manual, you can download it for free.

The bolt sticking out is to add counterbalancer oil. 40cc of straight 30 weight motor oil. It shouldn't be a bolt though, should be a vented plug per the manual.

the 1st pic, goes to the top port on the exhaust
second pic, i cannot tell the origin
3rd pic is the knock sensor, that goes on the head
4th pic goes to the CB vented plug
5th is the drain

here's a cheat scribbled up pos sheet i made up.. I can read it so that's all that really matters

Dan, I took a better pic. Looks like that line runs back to the back of the ski (1st pic). The send pic that line should go to the case cooler, sound right.

Also on the drain where the cylinders are. What house goes there? I dont see an extra house in the hull.

Here are a few images that may help. PS the balance shaft oil is synthetic for the Di (I dont know if it makes a difference or not) and for some reason SD manual states the oil should be added through the nipple. Sounds painful to me! Good luck
