I been having trouble trying to start my 01 717 with air box on, it run fine with just flame aristor, so I just wanted to see what's going on, so I put it on the hose and just put air box on, no flame aristor, and put cover on, forgot to latch down, and fired it up, it blew the cover off, it was push down tight, even with the un locked latches, is that normal, thought carb should be sucking air, no back fire.
