Hi everyone, I'm having trouble with a 99 Gs 717 ski. At WOT in water it will rev and go but then drop down to about half thrust. It will catch and go for a few seconds if you keep holding it WO. I have already replaced all the fuel lines and fully rebuilt the carb hoping that would fix the...
