gtx 4tec water on plugs

We have a 2002 GTX 4Tec runs perfect and has Great compression, When you launch it it will run for ever till you shut it down, Does not matter if its 1 minute or 20 it will break up or not even start. When you remove the plugs they are saturated with water? What's Up with That??? have read a...
