gtx 255 limited

Someone worked on my Sea Doo about four months ago, I took it out yesterday for the first time. It will not go into forward or reverse, it wont even say neutral. He obviously didn't put it back together correctly. Where do you find what these codes mean? I haven't had any luck finding them...
