fuel related? won't run

Ok so I have a 2000 RXDI and it ran fine last week when I put it away. Well before I loaded it up on the trailer it was almost completly out of fuel, there were no fuel bars displayed and it made a long steady beep. Will I filled it up this week with priemium and launched it, it wouldn't start...
