It gets below freezing tonight. I took the spark out of the water a few days ago. It is in my heated garage. I still have the pontoon in the water though. Not too worried about that though.

Why do you need to start the spark to change oil?? I have never done that with my spark, lawn mower, car, etc...

oh, I thought you meant run the engine without ANY water....10-15 seconds dry is the limit in my opinion, the manual says just not to do it.

I agree with you. I have a 2014 spark and my neighbor has two 2015 Yamaha VX cruisers. I really can't stand riding his. They are about as nimble as a pontoon. You cannot jump them, slide them, make sharp turns, or fast acceleration. They are WAY more stable, but I hate it.

I blow air from my air compressor through the flush port then put the cover on it. Never had an issue since 2012. This is in wisconsin. Unheated storage. Same battery

I had the same happen years ago. I just used a dremel to smooth out any rough spots. No issues since.

a used one what?? handlebars??? I don't yet know a total quote. The dealer is offering to try to help me out through some way. EVEN if BRP stiffs me and the dealer does as well, I can buy an aftermarket setup for like 650 plus like 200 for various sensors/wiring that are lost.
