A little update for the HX, on vacation in Destin, FL this week. Stopped by @Matt Braley shop and picked up a Factory pipe for the HX. It was great to meet in person and see all the goodies he has stashed away. Excited to install the pipe and see how it rips!

I had a similar issue with my 97 Speedster. I did not have full throw in my shifter and the shifter itself ended up being broken. The lower tab that the rod/cable attaches to had snapped off. Easy enough to check, pop the bezel off and pull the shifter assembly out and check for any issues.

We loved the boat, ran great, but the ride was a bit rough with two small kids. So I picked up the 98 Speedster and interested to see if the 2 extra feet help the ride

I ended up selling the 97 Speedster at the end of last summer, but no, I did not install VTS or trim tabs.

110 hp Not sure about testing the MPEM, I’ve never diagnosed them that deep. best way would be to bring the boat in to a dealership but if nothing is close, shipping it out and getting a new key programmed. They sell keys online. You can turn the engines over by jumping the starter solenoid in...

HIN is definitely not OEM, what does the paperwork say? Does look like a 98 Correct on the engines, those are 787’s MPEM is near impossible to bypass.
