If the battery passes a load test, then it could be that the rotary valve clearance is too large, This happened to me many many moons ago with a 580, thru the dealer I went thru 2 starters before it was diagnosed by a racer.

Avoid any DI’s at all cost. Getting a working aftermarket fuel pump is very very difficult.

I would load test the battery,,, I experienced similar issues many moons ago!
