    Bunk Spacing for RXTX 300/325

The front keel on some modern PWCs could hit the cross beam if you space the boards too far apart.

    Will this trailer work?

Looks like a nice trailer with galvanized frame, LED lights, and torsion axles. The 2011 GTI155 is like 650 lbs dry. Modern GTI155s are pushing 790 lbs. And if you add 15 gallons of gas, that is another 100 lbs It would probably be fine to carry the 2011 GTI155. They claim their trailers are...

    2018 Seadoo GTX 155 (75Hrs) Only Goes 40 Mph

OP mentions they replaced the wear ring. If there was a reason to replace the wear ring, then the impeller undoubtedly took some damage too. It only takes a slight ding to destroy the top end performance of the impeller. Filing it smooth again might make it work OK, but you won't ever get back...

    why didn't it sink?

On pretty much all jet-pump PWC's, there is siphon bilge drainage system. That system sucks out any water through a pickup at the bottom back of the bilge (on either side of the pump tunnel). From there, a hose (or two hoses) goes up to the top of the engine compartment, above the waterline...

    A concern, somewhat shocking...

Kind of boating 101 advice - check if your boat is leaking when you first put it in the water and before you leave it unattended in the water for any length of time. Hoses crack, clamps get left untightened, plugs get left out, bolts get left unsealed, fiberglass hulls crack, aluminum hulls pop...

Winterizing - Antifreeze vs. air blow

As mentioned, in addition to draining the exhaust, you are trying to get the water out of those small metal tubes in the intercooler which is a vulnerable low point in the system. Similar to blowing the water out of anything else, you need a goodly volume of air going through there at full...

    Coils keep popping up

Make sure the plugs are screwed-in tight. If they are loose, they could be leaking some compression into the space where the coil fits and be pushing it out. | Also, I noticed when I changed my plugs, the coils gripped the new ones a lot better than the ones I pulled out. I think the threads...

    Coils keep popping up

I had some that were giving me problems after last time I had them out for winterizing. I cleaned all the grease out from the hole and the ridges on the coil that help hold it in. Then pressed it in slowly and off to one side to allow the air pressure to escape. Worked it in until it was not...

Still Surging and Bogging: What do I check next?

With that many hours, the supercharger might need a rebuild (but that would only explain the high end of the throttle range).

Star bolts? Torx bolts? What do I need to buy?

The only one I think you need to get off for regular service is the oil filter cover. If you are dissembling more of the engine than that, then yes, maybe buy the E-sockets. But a regular 6-sided socket in the tightest size that fits over the male Torx head (might be metric, I forget) will...

    Clogged with seaweed

When the jet pump is clogged, you are likely not getting cooling water flow to your exhaust system and it may overheat. Also, the closed loop cooling system needs water flowing under the ride plate from the forward motion of the craft to transfer heat fast enough. If you are revving the...

2011 gtx 260 supercharged fuel consumption

"Save Fuel" on a supercharged PWC is an oxymoron. You can run in eco mode, but what fun is that? Here is the 50-gallon fuel "can" I use for my pair of GTR-215's:
