Hello all. I’ve changed the engine in my 2003 sportster from a 155 to a supercharged 260. In doing so, I had to upgrade the driveshaft, and therefore prop. To get myself on the water I just grabbed the only prop I had lying around and threw it in (no markings of part numbers at all)….along...

For three main reasons. 1) It serves no purpose. Whilst I agree that there are other sensors that seldom activate, they still serve a purpose (oil, temp, exhaust temp, manifold pressure etc)….although I do agree if the tops activates, things are probably in a bad way lol. 2) There’s nowhere...

Hi folks. So update to the story. Instead of doing the phased approach, i went straight for the 260 supercharged engine. - Wiring harness has been swapped - Throttle lever upgraded from manual cable to fly by wire throttle trigger - Installed a spare 260 engine i had. - Disabled IBR in ECU...

Ahh makes sense thanks!. I dont suppose you know a way of coidng out or deleting IBR from the older 09+ models would you? Dashpac doesnt seem to be available. I would have thought there was a way in BUDS, or perhaps to tune it out. Any ideas? Thanks!

Thanks for the reply! Thats very interesting. I have four skis - all 2010+ RXT, and none of them give me the autocalibate button you're referring to.All i have is the Up, Down and Lock options. Im using BUDS (not BUDS2) Megatech. Any thoughts on why i may not be seeing that option?

Hi There. Im fairly familiar with buds, but i have never seen any screens that let you calibrate the travel limits of the IBR itself. Can you help to explain where this feature is? Are you talking about BUDS, or BUDS2? Thanks
