No its just a air hole and it's the sensor/float that keeps up with how much oil is in the tank

I have a 95 GTX. And I think my speed sensor is going out. I've found the part online. And i see how it works and that it plugs in, but I can't figure out where it plugs into, any advice would be great on where the connection is?
