2005 seadoo 3d intermittant wont beep.

i have a 3d that has a new battery. just recently sometimes it wont beep when attaching lanyard. lights come on and you can hear fuel pump. but no beeps and it wont start. cleaned terminal. is the post just going bad? seems like moving the key around does work but no rhyme or reason when it will or wont work? how hard are these to replace?

The beepers go bad all the time. Replace it.

it wont start when it doesnt beep. thinking it might just be a post issue. but tried 2 keys and both seem to be the problem. are the posts hard to replace on these?

I haven't replaced one on a 3D but on all other skis it is easy.
