Removal of cowl and glove box

Good morning, I need to sort out stiff steering and replace fuel filters on Seadoo GTI 4Tec. I see there are some posts, discussing both topics, however it appears that Seadoo have used some type of black aluminum rivet. How are these removed?, any advice would be appreciated, thanks
