I broke this little grounding wire, about 10" long in the rear of the Spark. It's part #278003272 which goes from a bolt in the lower shell to a screw that threads through the hull into the jet pump support plate. I tried backing out the torx screw but it broke off. So...what is that ground wire even for?? and can i ground to one of the other larger bolts nearby that also go into the support plate?
In the parts diagram it's listed under cooling system but I don't see what it has to do with the cooling system. Or maybe that part is used in more than one place.
