I’d like to put a battery maintainer on my seadoos. I want the one that you put the leads on the battery and leave them there then plug the maintainer in When I get home. I’d like to just plug them in and forget about it. Both my Sea-Doos have the sticker on the hull that says do not charge or jump batteries while hooked up to the watercraft. Does that include a maintainer?

Isn’t it sad the engineers can’t resolve this customer want and need? It’s not like there isn’t a solution.

Perhaps wire in a battery isolation switch like those used on boats.

I use a Noco genius smart charger with an x-connect attached to the battery(AGM). I have an x-connect 10 ft extention run from the charger to the seadoo’s connection. Never had any problem.
