LOL, good luck with that. That is not how you true a crank, especially a highly stressed 951 crank.
I would much rather use a SBT crank than a garage reman like that. I am all for saving a buck and DIY but cranks are more complicated that most think and they turn at almost 8,000 rpm.

I plan on welding it back together once pressed back in so it will never come apart
