2007 sea doo GTX WAKE restricted RPM in water

I have a 07 gtx wake edition just bought it and I took the training key in to have it re programmed at the local sea doo dealer and same day took it to the lake and my rpm are still restricted to around 4500-4800 there is no bogging or rough idle it runs great, just takes off very slow and when I turn corners it slows way down. I replaced the plugs and checked the impeller and ware ring and it is all looking good. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Could this be that the key programming did not work?

Yes, only the one key. I was digging around and took the intake off of the supercharger and the thing spins like a fidget spinner so I believe I diagnosed the issue I’m having. A blown supercharger
