Where is the detailed carb rebuild thread?

I’ve read through it 2-3 times and have been looking for it using search and browsing around for 30 mins or so. Checked how to section as well and just can’t seem to find it.
It was from one of the well respected members such as dr Honda, seadoosnipe, racerxxx, bill86e or the like and had instructions for how to build a pop off pressure gauge.
