Where is the depth gauge sending unit?

I just bought a 2005 GTX 4tec to replace the 2003 GTX 4tec that I used to have which was destroyed in a winter storm... The 2003 limited edition had a depth gauge- my new 2005 doesn't seem to - although pressing MODE several times DOES bring up the DEPTH setting on the dash (reads zero all the time)...
So- I want to find the sending unit in my broken 2003 and install it in my 2005 .... Is this hard to do? I have installed these sending units it boats no problem- but never in a Sea Doo.... I can't even find the sending unit in the 2003 to remove it...
Any ideas where the sending unit is?
Should it work in my 2005 GTX? The dash does have the correct MODE/SETTING
Is this hard to remove / install ??

It's in the hull inside, big round puck to the side of the shaft. No clue if it fits between the 2 years. Just look it up on a parts diagram then see if the same part is used for the 05

Thanks - I'll go out there tomorrow and take a look... might be tough to remove- it's probably in there with epoxy I would imagine....
