hi i am looking at a buying 1995 seadoo xp and the seller says that it has not ran for 2 years and does not turn over what would you say was wrong with it :banghead:

It's had to say, it could be anything from a battery to needing a new engine. Where are you located, sorry I don't know where i.o.w is, are you in the US? What condition is the rest of the ski?
