What sealant can I use on a 4 stroke 260ph motor for crank case

Can I use J-B Weld Ultimate Copper gasket maker and sealant it is RTV 100% Silicone to joint the crank case together on a 4 stroke 4-tec 260hp motor (see photo attached
The manual says to use Loctite 5910 but I can not buy that in Australia
I already have a full tube of this Ultimate copper gasket maker

I would suggest Threebond 1184. You don't want to use one of the RTV silicones from the auto store.
