Wear Ring Repair Options

Hello,

We picked up some rocks this season with our Sea Doo Speedster equipped with a Mercury M2 Jet Drive.

With new parts being wicked expensive, can anyone recommend a few shops that might specialize in repairing or resurfacing Mercury Wear Rings?

Prior to picking up the rocks this season, we tried the JB weld repair trick to fill in some pitting that had formed over time. It lasted only a few hours or run time so I'm ready to try something more robust.

Or better yet, can anyone suggest any shops that might have some used parts I could buy?

The name impros.com comes to mind. They can recondition impellers and wear rings. They can put in stainless ring. But then any good machine shop should be able to do that. There are probably other shops.
