When popping off the cover of the reservoir, about an ounce of water came out before the oil. Does this indicate a problem? The oil was not whitish at all.

At least you still had oil in there, might be okay. Perform jet pump housing pressure test after draining oil and blowing out remaining water with compressed air, pump should hold 10PSI air pressure for 10 minutes.

I have the same issue so what do you do if it does not hold 10psi and how do you check to see if it holds 10psi?

If it won't hold pressure most likely it's the cone "O" ring but it could be the double lip seal on the impeller end. You need a gauge something like this.

I purchased everything for the impeller side, it was some kind of double seal, I also bought a new cone O-ring seal. Once I remove the impeller can I change the double lip seal with the new one I have coming in the mail, or does this take some special Seadoo tool?
