so quik history... 96 hx sat In doors its whole life apart. Got together two years ago n rode great with a very very slight hesitaion off idle. hx has factory pipe set up ,stock air box. SO take ski out this year n its got a real real bad hesitation like it really wont rev untill pump is outta water as long as pump is hookd up it dont wanna rev at all. I really dont wanna start touching carb adjustments just yet. The big difference is past two years I been riding it in fall n temp in low 70s. this year I riding in 90s. plugs look super super clean. almost to clean like its lean. The bog def isnt a rich bog. CARBS have about 10 hours max on them n was set up.by ppg. I really think it cant be carb adjustment unless the temp difference is the issue. EGTS r running sorta cool at wot. 960 max. both cylinders run within 5 degrees of each other at all times n often are dead on.

thats in ghe carbs rite? thinking of cleaning carbs n draining tank. seem like maybe the crappy ethanol gas may have just crapped up my fuel system.
 
I just lookd n its not bad. I also took fuel lines off in few spots n the grey lines dont look bad either, I know I gotta replace them though. BUT for now I just wanna get ski running rite. I am goin to drain the tank n clean carbs n fuel filter for now I think.
