Hello Guy's,
On my Shorelander trailer for my Seadoo I put 2 new tires and rims on it from Harbor Freight.
4.80x 12.00 I believe. I fully intended to only trailer this to the lakes in my county, so the tires saying don't go over 55mph wasn't an issue. But now my buddy wants me to bring it up north, 6 hours away and the speed limits are 70mph. Is it not a good idea then to trailer this up there or would I be ok for this one trip and maybe I could keep it around 65mph at least? If the general consensus is stay safe and don't do it ,I won't then. Thanks for any input. Randy

Short fat tires can carry heavier load but not spin as fast as tall skinny tired. Your 12 inch tires will be fine at highway speeds. Grease your bearings,,,,
