Tow hook plastic housing loose 99 GSX

The plastic housing under the front tow hook has come loose. Water is able to get in through front housing. How can I reattach it?

there should be two nuts on the inside front that probably have worked their way loose. look from there with a flashlight and you'll see them. if its damaged you can always get a complete replacement cheap.

Thanks for your response. Awesome. However, when I try to look in my gas/oil tank obstructs any view. How do I see it or access it? What am I missing? The hook is not loose at all -- just the plastic housing.
