I have been having issues on my 1991 sp. Air is blowing out the intake valve... I have already adjusted the rv. Its set to open at 115 and close at 80 on the cylinder closest to the battery. I was frustrated and thought it hap to be the piston rings. I pulled off the top covers exposing the cylinder heads. no scoring or viable damage. I should first have done a psi test... but I didnt. Any ideas? :banghead:

also your RV is set wrong....you have to set the mag piston at top dead center and put the 360 degree mark of the wheel at the bottom of the mag side port and then go counterclockwise to 132 and mark it...your closing should then be at 52 ....115 and 80 is wrong ..there is your issue
