I wanted to cruise around the Anna Maria and Bradenton area and was looking for a ramp that would drop us close to the area. I have used Fort DeSoto, but would prefer to launch a bit further South. Any suggestions?

I'm in your same situation. I was going there this past weekend. A friend said there's a ramp just befor you get into Anna Maria island. But I need a place where I can also beach the ski to hang with family.
