I bought a 2015 Spark 3up....My 15yr old was driving it, and sucked up rocks. Now it goes no-where. I think its the wear ring....but to confirm I took it to the local dealership. And.....they are suggesting the repairs will cost $775.

Stating the following need to be replaced:
Impeller/Impeller shaft
Wear ring
Angle bearing
O-Rings
Spacings
Flange Net

My father in law is the SeaDoo Whisper (he has 2 20 yr old Kawasaki's) and he has the tools, so my plan was to buy a wear ring on amazon....but would hate to spend the time and the money to replace the wear ring when all the other stuff needs to be replaced as well. thoughts? thank you!

Sounds about right, point out to your father in law what his grandchild has done! :)

Maybe not the impeller shaft and the impeller itself may be salvageable by sending it to Impros if necessary, hard to say for sure. It will be a good idea to obtain a copy of the factory service manual and follow the details of the procedure.
