Hey all. Did a top end rebuild on a 717 back in July. Motor started and I checked compression. Had 150 in both cylinders. I started it again and then heard a screeching noise and immediately cut it off. Motor was very hard to turn by hand. I took the plugs out and tried to start again but made a weird noise. The starter is turning the flywheel but I can’t figure why it would make this noise. I’ve attached a video so you can hear it. Help!!!

Doesen't sound piston/ring/cyl related..... broke bendix gear?....[emoji848]

I'm guessing starter issue. I would either pull the starter or pull the mag cover to see if starter is still engaged with flywheel
