Still bogging out

Ran the ski with the air box cover on this time and it did make a little difference but still not much power I believe its from to much oil can anyone help me with the oil pump alignment , the piece that the throttle cable wraps around has a little slash in it if I'm not mistaken that is for oil pump alignment if I'm correct what is that slash suppose to be in line with.

The Slash on the lever should align with a slash on the pump body (when aligned the two slashes are beside each other. See page 06-02-0 of the maintenance manual for a 1994 GTX as an example. Your manual may be different.

Make sure idle is set correct first.
